You need to download the program to a computer running Windows XP.Run it and it will copy a pdf file from the cd to another windowsfolder - you specify where. This copy has no restrictions and canbe printed, copied, etc. Better still, you can copy it to a memorystick/cd and put it on a Windows Vista computer! You have to copyeach individual pdf file, but I did all the files I needed (about30) in less than half an hour.
